Built in 1822, The Seafield Arms Hotel is a well-detailed example of an early 19th century civic building and a very unusual example of one designed with an integral coaching inn.
The building along with the town hall was designed by the local architect, William Robertson. Renovated by Earl of Seafield 1973. Widely renowned throughout the ages as a “Fine Coaching Inn” and listed for it’s architectural and historical interest, the building has undergone a £1.3 million refurbishment to the highest of standards with opulent furnishings, luxurious bedrooms and perfect dining and entertaining areas.
