Dookers’ Hoose is a former fisherman’s cottage which is situated gable end to the sea in the coastal town of Cullen on the Moray Firth.  The house, our family home in Scotland, is also used by writers and artists, as well as for holiday retreats by people who are looking to enjoy peace and quiet in natural surroundings.  The location of the house means that the ebb and flow of the tide can be heard quite distinctly.
