About Cullen Library
Cullen Library is a small, friendly local library with dedicated sections for children and young adults. We are located in the Community Centre at the top of Seafield Road. Staff are available to help you request books and other resources from across Moray Libraries, and to request new books for purchase.
Come to the Library with proof of address to sign up for your free membership. Visitors to Cullen may wish to drop in to a ‘LEGO Late’ evening, browse the Local Heritage section, or make use of the computers.
